Depending on how you interact with Tecnifix, we may collect:

- Repair request details, appointment information, communications, photographs, and files you choose to send us.

- Repair authorization information and, only when necessary and voluntarily provided, an unlock code or other access credential required to test the device.
- Transaction, invoice, deposit, and payment-status information. Full payment-card information is processed by the applicable payment processor and is not stored by Tecnifix.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, date and time of access, requested pages, and server or security logs.
We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral advertising tools unless this Policy is updated to say otherwise.
2. How We Use Information

We may request an unlock code or temporary access only when it is necessary for diagnosis or testing. Customers should remove or secure sensitive information, sign out of unnecessary accounts, and back up their device before service whenever possible.

Tecnifix does not sell or rent personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The current website does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral advertising pixels.
Essential technologies, hosting logs, and security tools may be used to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this Policy and any required consent notices will be updated before those tools are activated.
